Sourcing & Trade Services
6. Sourcing Deposits
Sourcing deposits become non-refundable once supplier engagement, negotiations, sourcing research, or procurement activities have commenced.
7. Supplier Payments
Once payments are made to suppliers or manufacturers, refunds depend on supplier refund policies and recoverable amounts.
8. Special Orders
Specially sourced, customized, or made-to-order items are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable.
9. Shipping & Logistics
Shipping timelines are estimates only and may be affected by customs, logistics disruptions, weather, or supplier delays.
10. Product Variations
Minor variations in packaging, branding updates, or manufacturer modifications shall not automatically qualify as defects.
Physical Products & Sales
11. Eligibility for Returns
Physical products purchased directly from SCHOLARTRADE may be eligible for return within 5 days of delivery or collection.
12. Return Conditions
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories and manuals.
13. Non-Returnable Items
Customized products, used items, discounted items, imported special orders, and consumables are non-returnable.
14. Damaged or Incorrect Products
Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours with photo or video evidence.
15. Delivery Charges
Shipping and delivery charges are generally non-refundable unless the error was caused by SCHOLARTRADE.
General Refund Terms
16. Refund Approval
All refunds are subject to verification and approval by SCHOLARTRADE management.
17. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds shall be processed within 7–14 business days.
18. Refund Requests
All refund requests must be submitted through official SCHOLARTRADE communication channels.
19. Limitation of Liability
SCHOLARTRADE shall not be held liable for losses resulting from embassy decisions, supplier actions, customs delays, or events beyond reasonable control.

SCHOLARTRADE reserves the right to update or amend this policy at any time.
